Howard Zinn died

Random thoughts on Howard Zinn:

The People's History of the United States had one of the biggest impacts on my thought process and interests when I read it as a teenager.

I think on the 3rd or 4th day of living in Boston I had met Howard Zinn. I was kind of nervous and asked him the same stupid question I had asked Chomsky the first day I was in Boston. Both of them were were nice enough to answer me, but Zinn, after answering, started asking me questions, as if he didn't have anything better to do.
