It seems that the idea of pain without suffering is somewhat related to Epicurious' idea of ataraxia. At least that's the impression I got from what Jeremy was relating. Also, the pragmatic approach to ethics was also very interesting. Is there any influence between them?

Since you consistently refer to him as "The Buddha", I demand that you from now on refer to Jesus as "The Christ".
