Following on from your closing musings on the show, regarding things that cause you to stop & pause, etc...

Sometimes I wonder about how beautifully the abstract world of mathematics, and in particular fractals have spooky connections to the physical world.

And to leave the best till last, the Mandelbrot set. A frightfully simple equation, yields an infinite fractal which just mesmorizes.
If you know what I mean, you'll be nodding your head about now.
If you don't, can I encourage you to invest 10mins of your life here:

If you go on to watch part 2, you just gotta wonder about the matrix.

Towards the end of part 4, there are musings on god, determinism, free will, quantum mechanics & fractals which I know I don't yet understand, but they are intriguing at the least.

The non-physical world of maths is beautiful, and if God exists, it is definitely a mathematician.

Thanks for your time
