According to Pat Robertson, Islam isn't a real religion, it's a political system bent on world domination because Pat Robertson doesn't want Christianity to do the same thing, of course (sarcasm): http://mediamatters.org/research/200804090011

On The 700 Club, Pat Robertson said of Islam: "I want to say it again, and again, and again: Islam is not a religion, it is a political system meant on -- bent on world domination, not a religion. It masquerades as a religion, but the religion covers a worldwide attempt to exercise power and to subjugate the world to their way of thinking."

Doesn't Pat Robertson basically want america to be some sort of theocracy? So he's basically hating on Islam for being what he wants Christianity to be here?

Remove the word "Islam" and insert the word "Christianity", and it essentially rings just as true. They are both religions, and for many, they are both political stances. Pat Robertson is just...the man is a hypocrite of the highest caliber, among many other adjectives.
