Does anyone know where I can find the end of life counseling bill that Johnny Isacson proposed? I would love to have that little gem.

Yes, I could use a reference to that, too.
But I don't know where to find it and can't take the time today to search for it on the web.

It may be that since it wasn't passed (and may not have been gotten beyond the committee stage?), that the only record of it will be in news reports.

I hope somebody can find a good reference. FWIW, the RD guys aren't the only ones I've heard or read somewhere who have cited the same thing.
