Hedonistic Humanist
Growing up, my answer to the perennial question "what do you want to be when you grow up?" was "Happy." What I did never mattered as long as I was happy. By and large I am. Poor too, but happy.
The garden bit was easy because I really like the idea of self-sufficiency and life off-the-grid. It seemed the only answer to that question that made sense. The one about the full veils was a toughie. I am very much against them, but the bastards who want girls to wear them would have no problem keeping the girls locked away rather than do something to offend their imaginary friend Allah and his dead prophet.
